Custom Order Form

Once we receive your request, someone from our team will get back to you within 3 business days to discuss the details of your costume(s) and timeline for production. Pricing will be provided once all details are confirmed. Orders are done on a first come first serve basis.

All custom orders are FINAL SALE. A deposit is required to begin production and changes can no longer be made. 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, final payment will be due and you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note, the timeline provided for production does not include the time for shipping.
